OUR STORY
Charge Up is born from a shared passion for delivering excellent customer service, high standards, and the desire to ensure each client experience is unique with individual systems designed to most efficiently meet their energy needs.
A collaboration of two local, well established Electrical Contracting companies, JMW Electrical Services Ltd and Electrical & Safety Compliance Solutions Ltd, brought together under the new name of CHARGE UP (South) Ltd to deliver renewable technology installations to domestic and commercial clients throughout Dorset, the New Forest and across the South Coast.

Our team
Our team consists of highly qualified and motivated professionals, who are all experts in their field. With many years of experience in the industry, they have the expertise to provide comprehensive, first-rate services to our clients.
Mike Watton
Director
Mike is an experienced electrical engineer who has honed his skills across all sectors and held Senior Leadership roles within large public sector environments. Passionate about compliance and emerging cleaner, greener, renewable energy technologies.
Jake Wentworth
Director
Jake has been in the industry for 20 years. 13yrs running JMW Electrical Service Ltd delivering a variety of services in the domestic, commercial and industrial sectors. As well as being passionate about reducing customers energy bills Jake's best known for finding solutions where others fail.
Sian Gregory
Administrator & Customer support
Sian works in the office, beavering away in the background, co-ordinating teams over several different project sites. She is passionate about helping our clients achieve quality and performance and providing a truly excellent service.
Josh Mace
Senior Engineer
Josh started with us as an apprentice 10 years ago, while he was still at college. He has since worked his way up the ranks and last year he was promoted to Senior Engineer. Apart from being a very happy-chappy he is also passionate about creating a greener future.
